This protein and coffee combination will give you an afternoon pickup all the while of keeping you satisfied and full!
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- 1 prepared protein shake
- Can I use a plant based protein powder? You can use a plant based protein powder. I do find that whey gets fluffier, but it will still work with plant based.
- You can use whatever type of protein powder you have on hand!
- Different flavors: Use different flavored protein shakes, or adding a touch of your favorite extract (think peppermint, caramel, or maple).
- Hot proffee: Combine the coffee and protein shake and heat either in a saucepan or in the microwave until warmed, stir everything together, and enjoy!
- On the go: Pour everything in your travel mug, stir it up (or give it a shake), and take it with you when you heat out the door.
