Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grilled chicken diced
  • 2 tbsp bacon bits
  • 1 tsp parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and place a baking sheet in the oven to heat up.
  • Lay the tortilla on a clean, flat surface, and spread the ranch dressing evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the ranch dressing as the first layer of your pizza, then the diced grilled chicken and bacon bits evenly on top.
  • Carefully remove the hot baking sheet from the oven (use oven mitts) and place the prepared tortilla pizza on it.
  • Slide the baking sheet with the pizza into the preheated oven and bake for about 8 minutes, or until the edges of the tortilla are crisp, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Carefully remove the Chicken Bacon Ranch Tortilla Pizza from the oven (using oven mitts) and let it cool for a minute.
  • Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the pizza to add a fresh touch.
  • Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, slice the tortilla pizza into wedges or squares, and serve it hot. Enjoy!

Notes

Recipe Notes:

  • Tortilla: You can use whatever type of tortilla you prefer. Using a whole wheat option can be a bit of added gentle nutrition with whole grains and fiber, but if it’s not satisfying to you, skip it!
  • You can make your own bacon bits by chopping up bacon or use prepackaged for ease!
  • Add up to ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese if you like it cheesy!
  • Use leftover grilled chicken or buy it pre-grilled for an easy throw together meal.
  • Don’t have pre-made grilled chicken? Try using cooked frozen chicken nuggets for an added convenience if you have it on hand.
